Safety & liability
Adventure tours (hiking, boating, diving, paragliding, etc.) carry inherent risks. We work with licensed, insured operators, but you participate at your own risk. Tommy in Colombia is not liable for injuries resulting from your own negligence or from circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, third-party actions).
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. For adventure tours, you may be asked to sign a separate liability waiver before participating.
Expense splits
When Tommy fronts group expenses (dinners, drivers, etc.), each guest agrees to reimburse their share via the BOLD payment link provided. Group organizers may be held responsible for unpaid balances of their group members.
Intellectual property
Photos taken by Tommy or partners during tours may be used for marketing with your consent. You retain ownership of photos you take yourself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Cartagena, Colombia, unless you're an EU consumer (then your home country courts apply).
